The Swedish power quartet MEAN STREAK has been delighting the metal world with uncompromising "fist in you face" metal for over 10 years now. With their five albums so far, they have gathered fans all over the world. The influences of Mean Streak reach far back into the 80s, without drifting into the old-school corner, quite the opposite: That's how classic metal must sound today. Screaming guitars, pressure and power from the drum-bass base, and a voice that doesn't have to hide behind the Halfords & Co of this world. Fifth album Eye Of The Storm was the last album by the band, which sadly broke up during the Covid period. The album was mixed by none other than Max Norman, who is known from Ozzy Osbourne and Megadeth.
